Don't get stuck: How connected telemetry keeps you moving forward

Featuring some of my most ambitious hand-drawn pixel art graphics yet, in this talk I describe a somewhat outlandishly named idea called the Grand Unified Theory of Incident Management. Here I assert — without evidence — that you can stay unblocked when root causing an operational incident through the pursuit of 5 things. I'll do a dedicated blog series on this sometime in the future.

The talk also covers how you can build a connected topology of everything by using telemetry and infrastructure signals in ways they weren't necessarily intended for.
