Introducing The Amazon Builders' Library

The meat of this talk is the amazing lightning talks by some of the Amazonians I look up to the most — Andrew Certain on monitoring with percentiles, Becky Weiss on static stability, Colm MacCárthaigh on shuffle-sharding, and Marc Brooker on retry, backoff, and jitter.

I'm just there to introduce how that content is all in the new Amazon Builders' Library, since I did a bunch of the writing for it and a whole bunch of the wrangling of amazing and very busy authors.
